📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT systems.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems by implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support to end-users and other departments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company's IT infrastructure.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and systems administration.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CISSP are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN.
- Proficiency in using IT management tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
