📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver leadership development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals
• Conduct needs assessments and create tailored training programs for employees at all levels
• Facilitate leadership coaching sessions to help employees develop their skills and capabilities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate leadership development programs into the overall employee development strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational behavior
• Provide guidance and support to managers and executives on leadership development initiatives
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and LinkedIn Learning to create engaging and interactive training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective leadership development programs
• Strong knowledge of leadership coaching, training design, and organizational behavior
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone
• Certification in leadership development or a related field is a plus
