📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial advice.
• Assist customers with various banking services, including account opening, transactions, and loan applications.
• Use BDO Unibank's CRM system and other banking software to manage customer information and transactions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Promote BDO Unibank's products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on banking products and services.
• Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
