This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and drive operational excellence across Sales, Finance & Accounting (FA), Logistics, and HRGA functions. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch, and contributing to the overall success of our Medan operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the Sales team, setting targets, and driving performance through effective training and coaching.
• Manage the Finance & Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to optimize inventory management and streamline supply chain processes.
• Oversee HRGA functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement branch-specific strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, and HRGA functions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
