📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of customs and logistics professionals to ensure seamless customs clearance and customer-centric logistics solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize customs clearance processes, reduce processing times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, import/export laws, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to drive the company's logistics and compliance objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers, helping them navigate the complexities of customs clearance and logistics.
• Leverage industry-leading tools and software, such as SAP, to streamline logistics workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the logistics and compliance landscape.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance, logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import/export laws, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-leading logistics software, such as SAP, is a plus.
• Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus.
