📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of security technologies and systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security considerations into all aspects of business operations.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends, and proactively implement measures to safeguard our clients and employees.
• Report to the Board of Directors on the effectiveness of our security programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic security plans.
• Experience with security technologies and tools such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
