In this role, you will manage a team of aftersales technicians and customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge to provide top-notch service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing aftersales strategies that align with our company's goals, leveraging tools like SAP and QuickBooks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of aftersales technicians and customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement aftersales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, implementing processes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our aftersales services.
• Monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new innovations into our aftersales operations.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our aftersales capabilities and networking with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive aftersales industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive aftersales processes, including service, parts, and customer service.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks for aftersales operations and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or a similar industry-recognized credential is a plus.
