📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
• Handle office administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and supply ordering
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
• Assist in organizing HR events and activities
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain office security and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
