📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals.
  • Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.
  • Ensure that all training activities are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
