📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team.,Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards of luxury and cleanliness.,Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to meet daily and weekly cleaning requirements.,Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.,Work closely with the property manager to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or housekeeping industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of luxury property maintenance and cleaning standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
