Depot Putri Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring high-quality patient care and service.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the medical center.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Represent the medical center in community and professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare management.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proven track record of leading teams to achieve organizational goals.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
