Retail Assistant

Bali Padel Academy (BPA) is a dynamic sports academy in Badung, Bali, dedicated to developing elite padel players. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the backbone of our BPA Store, ensuring seamless inventory management and an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a contract position with the potential for growth and development within our expanding organization.

In this role, you will manage daily store operations, including stock reconciliation, replenishment, and display management. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our products are presented in an appealing manner to attract customers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing stock discrepancies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage store inventory operations, including stock reconciliation, replenishment, and display management.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained using our inventory management software.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of new stock arrivals.
• Support the sales team by providing product information and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions and events.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or inventory management.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and software applications.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
