In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of each position,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates,Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
