HALO Corporindo is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
