📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between the candidate and the role.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job analysis, advertising, and selection.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
