📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to achieve high performance standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a retail outlet successfully.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
