📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.,Conduct regular client meetings to discuss needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
