📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, including mixing, baking, and packaging products.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.,Follow and adhere to production schedules and quality control procedures.,Report any quality issues or deviations to the supervisor.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of raw materials.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Learn and understand company policies and procedures related to production.,Support the team in achieving production targets and maintaining high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar production role (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of baking techniques and processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Familiarity with using basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
