📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Experience with IT security best practices and data backup systems.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
