In this role, you will work closely with the HRGA team to support our operations in Maluku Utara. You will be responsible for managing the HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide support to the HRGA team in managing HR data using Oracle PeopleSoft.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide support to the HRGA team in managing HR data using Oracle PeopleSoft
- Support the HRGA team in managing HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Provide support to the HRGA team in managing HR reporting and analytics
- Provide support to the HRGA team in managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Provide support to the HRGA team in managing HR training and development programs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft is a plus
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
