📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for all job openings,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Handle employee grievances and disputes,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Experience in managing a team and leading projects
