📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies for geological data management and analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating advanced technologies into our geological operations.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and IT teams to design and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilots to assess the effectiveness of new technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented technologies, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in geological technology and industry trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate technology integration strategies to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train team members on the use of new technologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in geological technology or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Experience with remote sensing technologies and data analysis tools, such as ENVI or ERDAS.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
