🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of production staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
