Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Supervise and train kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.,Possession of a valid food handler's permit.
