Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle cash and card payments securely,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude,Keep the cash register area clean and organized,Assist in stock management and inventory checks,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Prepare and process daily and weekly financial reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to lift and carry heavy items
