📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the safety and comfort of guests by maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility.,Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the hotel.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of service and cleanliness.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluent in English and local language is a plus.
