📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
