As an Accounting Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, from processing transactions to preparing financial statements. You'll work with our accounting software, Xero, and have a solid understanding of Indonesian GAAP. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly transactions accurately in Xero
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
