Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with our management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in our annual audit process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee the annual audit process and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
