📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of food and beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
