📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and maintain the permanent way and civil structures, including tracks, ballast, and drainage systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as those set by the Indonesian Railway Ministry
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess the condition of existing infrastructure
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to prolong the lifespan of our rail assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, operations, and maintenance, to deliver high-quality projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rail technology and best practices
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rail infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software
• Knowledge of Indonesian railway standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites
