📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Review and draft contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the HR team on a wide range of employment-related issues.
- Ensure that all business operations adhere to labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Monitor and report on changes in laws and regulations that may affect our business.
- Provide training and support to the HR team on legal and compliance matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal and compliance-related activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance-related role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
