In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement training programs that align with company goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify training needs and develop training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for developing people.
