Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Monitor and control cash flow, inventory, and other financial resources.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
