Royal Direct Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Ensure all event logistics are managed efficiently and on time.,Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback collection.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event management software is an advantage.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
